Bringing back the dickie

I saw this tutorial-  Petite Popover - over on Purl Bee, and was really excited about it.  I really like old fashioned patterns to try for little ones, only issues is, I'm not great at knitting.  I can knit a scarf, and thats about it.  Luckly, I have a friend who is great at knitting who will make it for me!

I sent her some avocado colored yarn today and I can't wait to see how it turns out!
